Cooperation agreement
Phone / video call with a Filipino native speaker - manager of SOT INVENT LOGISTICS to confirm all details of future cooperation and replacement process to Czech Rep.
Language: Filipino / English
Agency Fee payment
In this phase SOT INVENT LOGISTICS covers fee of the Agency. From this time there is no way to stop the process without any costs.
Amount: EUR 1.250,-
Call with the Candidate
Agency contacts the Candidate by Phone and explains him all necessary procedures which will follow. Answers possible questions

Documents for Czech ambassy preparation
Agency prepares all necessary documents incl.:
- Future working contract
- Accommodation contract
- Application forms
- etc.
Send the documnets to the Candidate
Completed folder sent the Agency to the Candidate per post to a pre-arranged address
(Candidate must apply for Chech visa personaly at an embaccy)
Booking an appointment at the Czech embassy
When delivery of the shipment is by Candidate confirmed, Agency books an appointment at Czech embassy (a foreign workplace)
Specialized Czech embassy for these procedures is in GER-Dresden
Czech embassy in coutry of current stay of the Candidate is possible, but can take longer time
Visit Czech embassy
On an exact day and time, Candidate visits the Chech embassy to apply for Czech visa.
All necessary information will provide the Agency.
Embassy charge: CZK 5.000,- (aprox. EUR 210,-)
Waiting time
Waiting 2-3 months for official decision. Duriring this time Czech embassy checks the candidate for security reasons and decides on granting a visa.
The agency ensures that the process does not take too long and constantly urges the embassy to make a decision as soon as possible.

- Embassy informs the Candidate and together they agree day and time for pick-up the visa
Madical insurance for Czech Republic
For pick-up of the czech visa, the Embassy requires a valid Medical insurance for Czech Republic

With this kind of visa (type DVR) can the Candidate start to work in Czech Republic
Arrival to Czech Republic
Sign all necessary documents with the Employer especially the:
- Working contract
- Accomodation contract
- etc.
Start driving
Introduction to the company, short training with a senior Filipino driver, taking over the vehicle and equipmentshort, etc.
Immigration office in Region
Candidate already as an Employy visits immigration office in town Karlovy Vary to check in Czech Rep., provide biometry and aply for a Working Card
Others
Complete all documents which are necessary for driving a truck in EU.
The duration of the entire process depends greatly on the flexibility of the candidate. If everything goes quickly, it can be completed in about 4 months.
