CARGO INSURANCE

Shipments in international transportation are insured within the limit set by the CMR convention (CZK 6,000,000) and for cabotage shipments within the statutory limit of EUR 500,000. All shipments can be additionally insured once or permanently according to the customer’s requirements.

PALLET EXCHANGE

Some semi-trailers are permanently equipped with empty EUR pallets. At the customer’s request, we are able to immediately leave empty palettes with the supplier in exchange for loaded pallets, thereby decreasing the costs of returning empty pallets to the supplier.

TRAILER SWAPPING

Permanently leaving trailers on a ramp allows for continuous loading of goods with time savings for handling shipments and storage capacities. This service is provided free of charge in the event of greater transportation volumes.

VEHICLE MONITORING

The position of all vehicles is permanently monitored by a GPS satellite tracking device. We are able to locate the vehicle at any time, determine its position, driving direction, speed and a number of other parameters.

With regard to semi-trailers, the C200 unit also helps monitor the driver’s driving style and, using data from the vehicle control unit, which is transmitted on-line to the vehicle manufacturer’s server, the driver’s driving style is subsequently evaluated.

We transport shipments in different modes using different types of vehicles. We select vehicles suitable for the shipment depending on the customer’s requirements regarding the nature and sensitivity of the shipment, the date of receipt, delivery, and other aspects. We always recommend the most efficient transport method to customers.

FORWARDING

We will ensure subcontracting through our contractual carriers in the event of a lack of own transport capacities in a given location.

For forwarded services, namely hired transport capacities, we use only well-tested and properly insured carriers

CONSULTANCY

We offer free management and transport organization consultations to current and potential clients. Based on client information, we analyze the current situation and suggest possible measures to optimize costs, time savings and other measures for overall optimization

OUTSOURCING

We will take control of shipments from your permanent suppliers. Under pre-established conditions, we communicate directly with the customer’s suppliers and we collect the shipment from the customer directly according to letters of advice. If requested to do so, we inform the customer of individual picked-up shipments and their delivery dates

WAREHOUSING

We will store the customer’s goods on a temporary and long-term basis. The dry, untempered warehouse is located in a strategically-convenient location on the border with Germany. The entire site is guarded 24 hours a day. Stored goods are insured for up to 30 million CZK. Additional insurance is possible upon the customer’s request.
